First Strikes of 2026. Keep your coin collection up to date with these First Strikes—a collection of Special Wrap Rolls containing 2026-dated circulation coins struck at our Winnipeg facility on the first day of production.

Five denominations in one collection. Five denominations of Canadian coinage—$2, $1, 25¢, 10¢, 5¢—are represented in this set, which gives you one roll of each.

Five Special Wrap Rolls. Each Special Wrap Roll Collection: First Strikes consists of 40 uncirculated 5-cent coins, 50 uncirculated 10-cent coins, 40 uncirculated 25-cent coins, 25 uncirculated 1 dollar coins and 25 uncirculated 2 dollar coins.

Premium paper wrapper. Your coins come wrapped in premium paper that includes an illustration of the reverse design, which is visible on one or both ends of each roll.

Holographic label. Each Special Wrap Roll is sealed with a holographic label.

Elegant presentation. All five rolls are presented side-by-side in a presentation case that provides a stylish yet functional display and storage solution.

Limited supply. Only 7,500 Special Wrap Roll Collections: First Strikes are available to collectors worldwide.

A view of the reverse design, visible on one or both ends of the roll. Each coin included in the Special Wrap Roll has a reverse and obverse design. The production process and quality assurance for uncirculated Special Wrap Rolls allows for either the reverse design on both ends or the reverse design on one end and the obverse on the other. It is not possible for the Mint to guarantee or foresee which of the two versions will be shipped.

Beaver: The five-cent coin’s beaver design dates back to 1937, but the animal is a centuries-old icon that is synonymous with Canada's early history. Artist: G. E. Kruger-Gray

The obverse features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Canadian artist Steven Rosati.

‘Bluenose’ is an official mark adopted and used by the Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage pursuant to the Trademarks Act (Canada). It is used by the Royal Canadian Mint with the Department’s permission.
