During peak periods, the on-time delivery guarantee might be adjusted or temporarily suspended. This can occur due to factors beyond Canada Post’s control, such as acts of nature, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment issues, or unexpected spikes in shipment volume. In 2022, we modified the product to remove the detachable customer receipt. For items without the receipt, a peel-off tab can be detached to keep a record of the tracking number. Articles without the receipt will be distributed as they are made available. Both versions are accepted by Canada Post.
